Walk in at fourteen with a problem you have noticed, and walk out of the third room as a business that is ready for investment.
All three rooms are open and staffed for all ten days. Only the scheduled programme changes from day to day.
The pavilion opens on 17 December with Discover days — guided tours for school and college groups.
Until then, you can book a class visit, register for the next Design Thinking workshop, or apply for the SGB Accelerator. Details below.
Updated by the pavilion team from the enquiry desk in each room. Figures reset until doors open on 17 December.
"Ideas exist. Pathways do not. Readiness, not money, is the bottleneck."
Why Koshi Province needs a place where an idea can be taken seriously. The three rooms are the Chamber's existing work on entrepreneurship put in order so that each part feeds the next.
Koshi has no shortage of young people with ideas or of families running small businesses. What is missing is somewhere to take an idea next. Without a pathway, an idea stays a conversation.
Finance exists — bank credit, State Startup Enterprise Loans, local angel investors. Most enterprises cannot reach it because the books, the plan and compliance are not in order. Readiness is the bottleneck.
Colleges teach business; industries need problems solved. Chamber of Industries Morang is the one institution that can put a student in front of a real industrial problem, and a mentor in front of a student.
A workshop that ends on the last day leaves nothing behind. BIC is built so that every activity hands something to the next one — and so that each year starts further ahead than the last.
Designed as an open bamboo pavilion on a raised timber deck, visitors walk in one continuous path without doubling back or hitting a dead end.

Audience: Grades 7–10 & Teachers
Audience: College Students & Innovators
Audience: Small & Growing Businesses (SGBs)
Each room hands something to the next. A student who makes a prototype in Room 1 arrives in Room 2 already knowing how to ask good questions. A team that validates an idea in Room 2 arrives in Room 3 with real metrics an investor or bank can review.
Audience: School students, grades 7–10 & their teachers
"Where problem-solving starts at fourteen"
Audience: College & university students, young adults & hackers
"Empathy to Enterprise — design thinking, end to end"
Audience: Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) trading 1+ years
"Taking a working business all the way to investment-ready"
For School students, grades 7–10 & their teachers
Five years of continuous incubation delivery by Chamber of Industries Morang. The three-room pavilion is the first time all of it is presented as one connected public pathway.
Cohort 1 — an 18-month incubation pilot delivered with Antarprerana Pvt Ltd.
Cohort 2 — redesigned to 12 months, sector-agnostic with 20–25 participants.
Startup Hackathon 'Innovate for Koshi' with King's College & school mindset at Lilliput School.
Empathy to Enterprise with Mahendra Morang College & BIC SGB Accelerator 2026.
All three rooms remain open and staffed every single day. Only the core thematic programme and primary focus rotate to serve the full breadth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Guided tours for school and college groups across all three rooms.
Every visitor leaves with something tangible. The single L-shaped bamboo path guides you naturally from a spark of curiosity all the way to an investment conversation.

CIM members can give a few hours a month as a mentor, sponsor a stall for a young business, or meet investment-ready businesses on Invest day.
Every enquiry taken at the three desks is counted and followed up: schools are offered a session date, students are told when the next workshop opens in their college, and businesses are booked for a Business Health Check-up. Visitor numbers, enquiries and enrolments are compiled into one report and shared with CIM members and partners.
